During the past few weeks, you may have seen your social media feeds filled with outrage following the murder of Ahmaud Arbery and Breonna Taylor, two innocent young black people whose lives were taking far too soon.
But, you wouldn’t have seen that from me. I stayed silent. And I now realize just how hurtful silence can be. Listen I share what I learned in the wake of these events and why it’s so important to use our voices to speak out against injustice and racism.
