In a time of crisis, it’s easy to focus our fears and anxieties. And with the coronavirus pandemic, it would be easy to panic and focus on all of the uncertainty in our lives right now.

But, you don’t have to let fear and worry rule your thoughts. There is a better way. And in today’s episode, I share four practical ways you can shift your perspective to one of joy and happiness. Even though things are tough right now, there is still the opportunity to be happy. But, it’s a choice you have to make. I hope you’ll join me in choosing joy today.
