Judging and shaming is easy. Especially right now when we love calling people out for not social distancing, not working hard enough during quarantine or not having a picture perfect Zoom background.
But empathy? SO much harder. But it’s also much more powerful and valuable.
While empathy has always been valuable, it’s more important now than ever. In a time when we are feeling more disconnected than ever, empathy is the thing that can draw us closer together and help us emerge from the pandemic stronger.
